REALLIST acts as a digital infrastructure platform connecting verified investors with curated real estate investment opportunities. Each investment is structured through a dedicated special purpose vehicle (SPV).

Eligibility — You must be at least 18 years old and resident in an eligible jurisdiction. Identity verification is required prior to any investment activity.

Investments — All investments carry risk. Projected returns are estimates, not guarantees. Investments may be illiquid until the project exit event. Always review the project memorandum and risk disclosure prior to investing.

Fees — REALLIST charges a transparent platform fee per investment, disclosed on each project's financial page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of REALLIST's registered office.
